Fix for error in headgear

Added:
Support for vanilla, (don't complain about lack of realism or diversity, but it does work)
Support for CUP (probably the best version)
Support for RHS (works but will need additional mods to get the best results, like project OPFOR)

1x1 textures for user texture objects (if you put one on a car it is automatcally read by the read module and attached to it on spawn)
Added some buildings to the position map used for spawn modules
Factions in module are applied to units in 3den
russian language for factions, check the MALHAMA template for example

A bunch of bugs and tuned some module features
Asset database is now compiled at preload

Added occupying area modules:

settings module: used to select factions
read vehicles module: put down vehicles and turrets for each faction
spawn module: spawns defined vehicles in area as well as units and turrets in CUP ME and RSO buildings
reinforcements module: spawn reinforcements according to timer

-vests are no longer added on some tryk uniforms because of clipping
-some weapon camo versions used for sharpshooters were not getting scopes
-removed error in ammo trucks init
-reduced brightness in turkey flag insignia
-VTN PASGT helmets replaced by versions from Contact DLC
-added a red shemagh
-adjusted some values in some preset factions
-added option for setting truck texture (sand, olive, woodland, turkish army yellow pattern), look in the TSK.sqf faction file for example
-added some billboard textures (there were some isis and and an assad one in there already but now there are some from HTS held areas)
