This update allows the ship to spawn in Stormworks Version 1.0. Engines currently inoperable.

Update: 6 May, 2020 @ 6:31pm

This update adds the option to spawn the ship with functional lifeboats. When you load the mission for the ship you will see that there are now two selections for spawning the ship. Both selections are clearly labeled for which version is which. The version with the functional lifeboats may run slightly slower than the one without.

HOW TO USE THE LIFEBOATS
First hop into one of the lifeboats and turn on the winch mags, you may need to use the handles on the lifeboat and the jump key. Then climb out and use the control panel located on the deck next to the lifeboat to turn on the winch cable mags. Next, push and hold the push button to lower the winch cables. When they are close to the mags on the lifeboats they should atttach, if not, simply grab the winch mags with the e button and drag them around to make them attach. Once the winch cables are attached to the lifeboat turn off the deck mag then hold down the push button to raise the winch cables to hoist up the lifeboat to clear the deck. Next, use the throttle control to extend the winch arms out over the drink. Now push and hold the push button to lower the winch cables. Once you are happy with the position of the lifeboat, either detach the winch mags from the control panel or jump down into the life boat and detach the winch mags from there. These lifeboats will not sink but they may turn over in rough seas or by user error.
