Major re-work:
- changed table & background
- improved buttons on table
- fixed bug where cards got duplicated / left on table
- fixed rotation of objects on reset
- learned a lot about LUA and TTS.

Bug fixes:
- turned out there were more than 26 cards (sorry)
- fixed the script so it doesn't deal cards rotated incorrectly to the players on the far side of the table
