Newer versions would crash on people for some reason. I reverted it and I'm now re-applying previous changes. CSS mats are gonna be temporarily out.

Fixed the overly-liberal usage of nodraws.

Fixed lack of nodraws below the floor, also ran with full HDR and full VIS, unlike the original upload.
