-vastly lowered double jump height,
-slightly lowered hop height.

-Change Uair angle on both hitboxes to 90 degrees
- reduce Uair base knockback by 2 units. increase knockback scaling by 0.1.

- Lower run(sidestep) speed

- Double held Fspec cool down.

- Dspec knock up instead of out (melee hit)
