Added a static modifier to robotic civilizations that reduces pop growth speed by 25% and reduces research speed by 10%
Research speed was reduced to counter the +10% from starting as synthetics and with sapient AI researched. Pop growth speed was reduced because robot assembly is fast enough.
Both of these modifiers are easy to overcome with tech and high level scientists

Added AI budget so robots will colonise (so you no longer need to use an AI mod)

Just a few minor fixes

Added synthetic trait to omnibot scripted ruler
Added missing localisation for robotic mastery tooltip
Tooltip colours added to match vanilla
Changed ascension perk list to reflect order they are taken
Upped origin weight to 100 (doesn't seem to have done much, not sure how empire randomisation works and it's hard to test this on my own)

Can now only assemble your main species (didn't work properly, starts assembling normal robots again after building assembly plant)

Added + 2 robot modification points to synthetic age after realising machine modification points are different (will probably make this into a separate ap at some point)
