Configure it out

Added some entries or whatever...

Made message lifetime configurable
Currently range is 0-30 seconds. Let me know if any of you are insane and need a longer lifetime than that for... whatever reason.
Ravenscript is a time.

Some optimization
But considering that the memory impact is less than even a single MB... this really doesn't do anything for any of you. But it's nice!
