Up Tilt
~ Completely reworked. Is now a volleyball toss and serve - the second part of this attack can be used by pressing attack during the endlag of the first hit.
(This is one of the moves that was planned for a “Bob DE” of sorts that never happened. However, when making this patch, I realized that Bob’s current Up Tilt is so ass I might as well just copy + paste this new one over. It feels so much better. Thank me later.)

- Sweetspot Hitbox size slightly decreased.
(More closely mirrors Clairen Forward Strong stats. This move was completely AWFUL outside of its fairly strong and precise sweetspot.)

- Projectile Hitstun Multiplier: 1x -> 0.8x
(The inward sending projectile with no hitstun multiplier. So true!)

Up Special
~ Adjusted hitboxes to make them connect better most of the time. This move will still probably drop if you hit them at an awkward position.
