v0.3.1

  • System/hub freighter logic has been reworked. They will now find the closest colony or trade hub, and then find the closest system neighboring themselves which is closer to that colony/hub, and move there to deposit resources. So they move in a chain until getting to the nearest deposit point, essentially. This decreases the number of fleets flying around at once. (iicso.503)
  • Primary stars in systems with colonies now no longer spawn "system" or "hub" freighter fleets, they spawn station freighters which go directly to the colony to deposit resources (iicso.501)
  • The event which assigns mining stations to corporations (iicso.910) should now actually compute corporate station cap correctly (wasn't clearing the values at the end of the event)
  • Civilian and corporate empires are no longer assigned as subjects to parent empire, they are set to "friendly" faction hostility status
  • Minimum stockpile needed to ship has been increased from 20 to 60
  • Mining station stockpiling effect (remove_mining_station_income_resource) now correctly deals with fractional resource amounts, which is common when empire has modifiers which increase mining station output
  • Mod removal edict no longer deletes mining stations owned by corporations, it reassigns them back to the parent empire
  • Planetary resource calculation now only applies to planets with mining stations. Previous way was necessary with the way miners were previously implemented, but no longer. (iicso.100 -> iicso.101, added iicso.108 to apply event when mining station built)
  • Performance debug event (iicso.6000) re-added/updated

v0.3b hotfix

  • Mining stations under the control of a corporation will no longer be deleted after some time. "Order renewal" deletion chain now ignores corporate/civilian fleets unless they have specific fleet flags attached to them (which means, no mining stations)
  • System and hub freighter fleets now are named according to the system they originate from, not the primary star. So "Alpha Centauri System Freight" instead of "Alpha Centauri A System Freight"
  • Corporation mining station count will now properly count. Previously mis-assigned the variable to individual planets, instead of the country itself. Corporate mining stations now should not grow to exceed 1/5 of empire total.
  • "mining_in_progress" flag no longer displays the mining target. Miners should now lose this flag when they come under attack (iicso.410), and having this flag will protect them from being deleted in the "orders renewal" chain of events (iicso.104-107)
  • Miners also now lose "fleet destination" flag when they finish mining a body
