removing not needed items from mining in mining.txt

adding more arrowheads to mining and sift dirt

switching to anchored el-workbench for all solar recipe in solar.txt

removing all gems from dark mining in rockhcExtra-lua

changed dark mining to give you 4 items in rockhcextra.lua

adding few vanilla helmets to make mining Hat in candlemaking.txt

removing HandShovel from all mining recipe in mining.txt
making min recipes more compact so there is just 1 or 2 left with many options
added foraging xp for mining in mine.txt
mining wont make you tired any more but needs Endurance.
