The graze damage from Suppressive Doll should now visualize all at once: no more waiting individually for each unit affected to roll for damage and show you the result.

Buffed

Master Hacker - this now also enables Electro-subdue to no longer end the turn if used as UMP45's first action.
Training time is now 3 days from 5 days.
Changes made to account for the fact that Sacred Coil's the main faction that fields robotic enemies.

Charge! - now properly utilizes ammo UMP45 is carrying.

Hopefully made sure that nanite grenades wouldn't spontaneously generate inside Chimera Squad's inventory when UMP45 came back from certain missions.

However, it did give me an idea: there's now a researchable way to be able to buy Nanite Grenades for yourself...at $200 credits per nade after the initial research is complete.

(UMP45 is basically still your primary way of using Nanite Grenades, I'd just figured that hey it would be nice to potentially use it with other operatives if you are willing to grind your way for it. Also acts as a bit of a credit sink.)

Buffed Tactical Reactions:

Default hit chance debuff is now -15 from -30.

Shots from tactical reactions now apply ammo effects.
