Added Novus and Masari Weapons:

Novus
1. Novus Cutting Laser (PD) & S - Energy weapon good for piercing shields.
2. Disruptor Flechette (S-M) - Energy projectile good all-rounder against shields, armor, and hull. Low damage.
3. Disruptor Cannon (M-L) - Energy projectile good against hull with some small armor penetration.
4. Antimatter Cannon (S-L) - Energy projectile highly effective against hull and armor with full armor penetration.
5. Antimatter Bomb (Torpedo) - Energy Torp. highly effective against hull and armor with full armor penetration. High damage, low rate of fire.
6. Harmonic Pulse (L) - Energy artillery weapon. Highly effective against hull, armor, and shields.
7. Antimatter Railgun (XL) - Energy artillery weapon that acts as a kinetic weapon. Highly effective against hull and armor with full armor penetration. Ineffective against shields.
8. Disruptor Railgun (T) - Energy artillery weapon. Good all-rounder with full shield and armor penetration.
9. Novus Corruptor & Dervish Strikecraft
10. Colossus Gravity Bomb - Planet Killer that projects a black hole inside a planet, shattering it and leaving behind a large dark matter deposit.


Masari
-Both Light and Dark weapons have different properties:
-All light weapons have higher damage but slower fire rates.
-All dark weapons have shorter ranges but faster fire rates.

1. Light/Dark Energy Bolt (PD) - High armor damage. Full shield penetration.
2. Light/Dark Pulse Cannon (S-L) - High armor damage. Low armor penetration.
3. Light/Dark Energy Beam (S-L) - High shield and armor damage. Low armor penetration.
4. Light/Dark Matter Bomb (Torp) - Long-range, high hull, armor, and shield damage.
5. Light/Dark Figment Strikecraft

[Light Only]
6. Light Purifying Beam (XL) - Artillery energy weapon. High armor and hull damage. High armor penetration.
7. Light Burning Lance (T) - Artillery energy weapon. High shield, armor, and hull damage with full shield and armor penetration. Long windup time.
8. Burning Wrath (W) - Planet-killer that glasses a habitable world into a molten planet.

[Dark Only]
9. Dark Matter Tractor Beam (XL) - Artillery energy weapon. High armor and hull damage with high armor penetration.
10. Dark Matter Disintegrator (T) - Artillery energy weapon. Extremely high hull and armor damage.
11. Dark Matter Storm (W) - Planet Killer that turns a planet into a shrouded world. Leaves behind a large dark matter deposit.


Hierarchy Colossus weapon added: Radiation Cascade (W) - Works similar to the Toxifier. Planning to add the Purifier superweapon and more features in another update.

-All weapons come with their own technology to research and unlock for each faction.

-Hierarchy/Novus/Masari weapons are available through their respective civics.

-Masari Matter Engines now provide a small amount of all vanilla strategic resources.

-Matter Engines and Magnets now provide unique bonuses based on what light/dark policy mode you are currently using:
1. Light Mode provides additional energy.
2. Dark Mode produces dark matter.
3. In balance produces unity.

- Added a new Novus deposit: Black Hole Generators on Novus machine worlds that produce dark matter and reduce planet upkeep.
