- Changed stategraph code to be more compatible with other mods (and future updates).

Changelog:
- Fixed game crash upon kicking the ball for clients who have Movement Prediction enabled;
- Football now no longer can be kicked while it's being picked up. This was done to prevent some janky interactions.
