Initial Release.

Changed "NDefines.NProduction.BASE_FACTORY_SPEED = 5" to NDefines.NProduction.BASE_FACTORY_SPEED = 2.5" thus decreasing Construction speed by -50%
-Created a unique .lua file to maximize Compatibility with other Mods.
