Now all the events connected with Millionaire origin are working properly. Previously I didn't have a chance to test all of them.

A new tech and edict were added. They will give you an abbility to leave your last planet if there is no hope and you enemies are nearby.

Also fixed some bugs with terraforming starting planets and tech spawn

There was a problem with rights. Sometimes you could't let your species reproduce :(
I deleted every single change connected with population controls.
I did a "system" that controls traits and some features of my mod.
For example, if you took a planet from your generous neighbour, playing as a Soul Eaters empire, this system would add a trait "Soul Malaise" to these pops and set their population control right to "yes", but without a cooldown. If your neighbour takes this planet back, trait "Soul Malaise" will be removed. And so on with other traits like "Clouded Mind".

Also I made some improvements to "Isolated" and "Outside of the galaxy" to fix this bug with unemployed rulers and specialists.

But I couldn't find a way to fix this bug with stabase that doesn't spawn with "Isolated" or "Outside of the galaxy". I'll keep trying to fix this :(

I hope, that this update is okay. I spent two days to find a way to fix these rights :(

Fixed problems with:
1) Opinion modifiers for Soul Eaters
2) Icon for the "Portal to the Shroud" modifier
3) Perfect creatures trait now can be modified and you can add it to any species you want. IF YOU HAVE ALREADY FINISHED SPECIAL PROJECT ABOUT FINDING THE GENE OF PERFECTION, PLEASE LOAD YOUR SAVE BEFORE COMPLETION OF THIS PROJECT OR START A NEW GAME


I'm sorry that I made several small updates instead of 1 medium, but I haven't sleep for the whole night and my head doesn't work as good as it should to make 1 medium update instead of 2-3 small updates.

A small improvement for "Lone colony". Now districts are adding the way they should.

New origin "Lone colony" was added. It has it's own story, which you can read in archaeological site.

Soul Eaters balance was changed (I hope that in a good way). It seems that I'm going to change their balance often.

Added two traits: for psionics (Subconsciously enslaved) and for Soul Eaters (Clouded Mind) and a new tech to use Clouded Mind.
The idea and the icon were taken from this mod . Last time that mod updated in 2018 :( If the author ask me to delete his content, I'll delete everything.

Many thanks to everyone who was waiting for the mod update! Thank you for your kind words and support!

Everything, that was breaking the game, was moved to the bin or deactivated.
Lots of code strings were totally rewritten.
Some balance changes (especially for soul eaters).
Everything (or almost everything) works the way it should, because I've fixed many bugs and added more events to provide more original game like experience.
The final stage of biological ascension was reworked.

I tested almost everything. Some things which I didn't test I'm going to test and fix if they don't work in a few days or weeks.
