- Fixed crash related to mod being first in load order/only mod

Note: I would highly recommend if this issue persists after downloading this update you try unsubscribing from the mod, delete the folder and file named "2117881804" and try re-subscribing. This is what I personally had to do in order to resolve the singleplayer crash.

This update should resolve all issues with Managarmr ice breath in singleplayer. Don't thank me, though, as I did nothing to fix it. The DevKit just needed to be updated. I have also added my first fix for the Astrocetus, which resolves the massive drop in taming effectiveness (extraordinary kibble is their preferred food). Everything else about them is the same but I do plan to add some INI options for the range they can teleport as well as an option to let them gestate. I was going to include them in this update but for some reason the INI settings were not functioning properly even though I did them the same way I did for another mod and those worked fine. I felt like it was more important to get the update out now (within 24 hours as promised) to fix the bigger issues of Managarmr ice breath.

Note: In testing it still seems like if this is the only mod you run or its first in the load order it causes a crash. No idea why that happens but I'll investigate. :(

Managarmr:

- Removed jump limits
- Removed strafe limits
- Removed dash limits
- Decreased food consumption when regenerating stamina by 75%
- Ice breath range doubled and damage scales based on proximity to target
