Added the ability to add ingots to repair warehouse, increased range from island to look for ships

Changed static image to a warehouse
Changed building materials
Added only allow one warehouse per
Added to only look to repair docked ships once per hour
Will now repair lanterns and torchs in wall lamps if not broken
