-updated map icon -tweaked the fog to be less fps-consuming

The map has undergone some reworks and bug fixes:
-added a small shop known as Eight-Twelve
-redesigned a backalley to be more open
-the trainstation got a little layout change
-the access to the traitor room was transformed into a washing saloon.

Fixed some minor issues:
-Fixed being stuck at some spawn positions
-The train should kill instantly now
