Renamed replacement files to use only lowercase letters for Linux compatability.

Truncated unit movement display to 2 decimal places.

Revamped Roads and Railroad:

Railroad renamed to Smart Road, now works like all other roads - made by Trade Routes, upgrades when era shifts, no resource requirement, uses charges to build, etc..

Roads now upgrade at every odd numbered Era - Ancient, Medieval, Industrial, Atomic, Future.

Travel speed on roads increased.


Unit Adjacency bonuses reduced to compensate for increased unit density.

Flanking and Support: reduced from 2 to 1

Hungary's Black Army levied unit bonus: reduced from 3 to 2.

Gaul's Ambiorix neighbor unit bonus: reduced from 2 to 1.

Returned Recon units to Melee Combat type since the new Formation Classes are unable to utilize Automated Exploration.

Returned Naval Carriers to Naval Combat type. Didn't really need thier own class.

Cleaned up the code for displaying unit flags when part of a linked formation.
