Decor Update

Major changes:
* removed automatic closing and manual lock mechanisms from most of the standard doors,
* removed priming mechanism from depth charges, they now launch with press of a button,
* complete rework of a power system, simpler with less unnecessary choices; the reactor works with the batteries in a buffer configuration
* simplified the railgun firing, closing the breech is now only requirement needed to fire
Minor changes:
* added some fins to the exterior for improved looks
* slight tweaks to lights and equipment
