v1.3 BIG changes!

-added new sprites for the character select and portrait to better convey the alt. colors.
-added support for the Miiverse and Pokemon Stadium stages.
-Added support for Otto, Hikaru, and The Chosen One
-Back air is completely different.
-New attack! Down special is now metal cap when used in the air.
-Fixed issue with the victory theme
-Fixed issue with the alt. colors.
