v1.06 by SVictor:

- Added 4 new Real Road presets

- Revised AIW starting grids (changed 3 lanes to 2 lanes), to avoid multiplayer collision bug

- Fixed & Updated GDB, TDF, WET, SCN entries

- Slightly reduced grass saturation, fixed a few terrain mesh.
