"Loot unread books" button renamed to "Loot books". Also it moved to the left.

Improved UI to show recipe books from mods in separate tab.
Added filter for "Loot unread books" button. Use "Publisher digest" to configure.

"Loot unread books" moved to the left

"Loot unread books" button now loot skilbooks either. Character will get only useful unread skillbooks.
"Loot unread books" button now take only one book of each type. It also checks if character already have such book in inventory.
