moved ustrong hitbox down 2 pixels to fix being able to hit the boot on certain platforms when you shouldn't (I.E. The Barrier)

game feeling update??

major
- boot disappears on death (experimental)
- boot completely ignores hitboxes that deal 0 damage

minor
- ftilt hitbox slightly taller
- bair hitbox is more inwards
- dstrong hitbox slightly taller
- reloading sets your vsp to 0 again
- fixed bug where boot arrow would not switch directions if an opponent hit it

- fixed weird hurtbox during dacus
- nspecial no longer takes opponents out of hitstun if they're in it
- uspecial is now capable of destroying projectiles

- the boot emits smoke vfx when it's hit by normal moves now

other changes
- fspecial sourspot (outer hitbox) now only hits the boot
- new jab (1 hit)
- ftilt hitbox more disjointed
- part 1 of dash attack can now go off the stage (experimental)
- part 2 of dash attack is 1 frame faster, hitbox lasts 2 less frames, ends slightly sooner
- removed shields and grabs mod support (the way i did it took up a lot of space in the files, sorry)
