Entirely re-worked the B bomb site. The site is now located behind/above CT spawn. The map has been made wider and shortened.

Updated To Do:
Fix BSP (until full alpha)
Rework vents
Any other geometry suggestions

Update to fix minor bsp issues.
Terrorists now have a new spawn.
Basic texturing - this will be replaced/updated. Just now to better gauge a future look.
