TP fix and made green more green

Lots of minor updates, but there is one major update: Logic gates now actually start spawned in instead of you having to set them active.

• Made the colors glow in the dark.
• Heavily optimized the code.
• Took down the fence.
• Added a TP autosolver.
• Potentially broke TP, not sure.
• Updated Steam description.

Fixed a TP bug where if the operator started on the one generated interally, then it couldn't set the operator to that immediately.

Made it so that you cannot submit duplicate operators. Manual reprint required.
