General Stats
= Initial dash speed and dash speed stats swapped (7 and 7.5 to 7.5 and 7 respectively)
+ Walk speed increased (3.25 > 3.75)
+ Walk acceleration increased (0.25 > 0.5)
+ Dash turn acceleration increased (1.5 > 2)
+ Waveland distance increased
= Various other outdated stats changed to no longer just be that of Sandbert

Down Special
+ Horizontal control increased

These changes aren't meant to buff Cupcake, but rather to make him more responsive. He felt a little sluggish or sticky to control at times, caused by his absurdly low acceleration stats. These changes are meant to make him feel less laggy. Hopefully he doesn't become OP as a result, but I'm prepared to deal with that if it does happen.
