Fixed teleportation issues, bundled textures with map so no need for CSS, and fixed missing map decals

Removed doors at much request for quicker access, added secret room (look for sewer hole in bathroom stall), made map less cluttered, and performance changes.

Fixed spawn issues where person could spawn inside a prop, fixed texture space issues, and added a few lights where needed.
