1.1 "Taraykovsky":

This release is named after Alexander Taraykovsky, who was killled during pro-democracy protests in Belarus in 2020

- Added Decisions system. Decisions range from simply changing rule terms to imposing a state of emergency. Decisions have a Governance cost to enact them and different requirements. Some may be incompatible with one another, for example. Decisions also affect, and are affected, by your regime type, which can range from 100% authoritarian to 100% democratic. See more in the readme.

- Added new succession types: Nobility and Martial. The former chooses highest-ranking nobles preferring those with the oldest titles. The latter selects the most accomplished warriors (judging by their records of kills, downing of enemies and dealt damage).

- Added Target Governance slider. Choose how high you want your Governance to reach, and the pawns will stop the govern job when they reach it.

- Some backstories affect Governance Efficiency. E.g. pawns with public job backgrounds will be better at governing while those who had been slaves or serfs all their lives will be worse.

- Becoming a leader now generates tales that may be used in art.

- Supporters now have positive or negative thoughts after an election is over, depending on its outcome.

- Settings for changing succession type and term duration have been disabled (it's changed through decisions now).

- UI improvements.
