v1.94 (The Buff Adjustment Thing) -

BALANCE ADJUSTMENTS:
- UStrong forward drift is now cut in half (6 > 3)
Dev Notes: Yeah, don't know how we didn't notice how safe it is. This should make it easier to punish.

- DAir Endlag increased. (10 > 14)
Dev Notes: If stalling is STILL in issue, we plan on pushing a small cooldown on DAir to prevent it from being spammed.

- BAir Start-up decreased. (12 > 10)
Dev Notes: For some reason, this was one of her slower aerials.

- FSpecial stun time lowered significantly for trades.
- FSpecial now properly works against opponents with Super Armor.

- NSpecial Air now has parry stun

GENERAL CHANGES:
- Pratfall Accel lowered (.85 > .65)
- Pratland Time increased (3 > 7)
Dev Notes: This should hopefully make it easier to punish Penny when she recovers.

Developer Notes:
We're well-aware of Penny DAir stalling. We're hoping this will help fix the situation. However, we are still keeping an eye to see if we need to do anything else. We're trying to make sure Penny won't be nutty in tournament. Fingers crossed, this time, it's fixed.

We forgot the UAir adjustment.
It'll come in a later update.

v1.93 (Penny Buffs!)
Jab - Increased Range.
DTilt - Increased Range.
UTilt - Increased Range, New hitbox added (small hitbox that send the opponents into the kick), Damage decreased from 7 > 6.
FTilt - Increased Range.
NAir - Increased Range.
FAir - Increased Range.

NSpecial - Damage reduced from 7 > 5. Swipe damage reduced from 5 > 4. Aerial Projectile damage reduced from 6 > 5.

Developer Notes:
Recently, I've been talking with other developers about the range of characters. It certainly seems like Penny was limited with her hitboxes so we decided to make them just a touch bigger. The added range should be easy to see. Hope you enjoy.

v1.8:
General Changes:
- Reduced jump speed, this makes her feel significantly less floaty. (13.5 > 11.5)
- Walljump HSP and VSP cut in half.
- Added Compatibility for Hikaru, Toon Link, Miiverse, and a few other things. Kirby will still take some time.

Jab:
- Jab 3 now has proper hitpause.
- Animations better adjusted to fit the hitboxes.

F-Tilt:
- New animation, has more reach, should be much better all around.

D-Air:
-If first hit works, you can input dair again to instantly go into the second hit without the rising kick.

U-Special:
-Both hitboxes of the final extra kick will now happen at the same time. This previously caused the sweet spot to be almost unlandable despite its higher priority, because the sourspot would appear 2 frames earlier and hit first.
-Because U-Special’s spike is now much easier to land, the base knockback has been significantly reduced, but the scaling has been slightly increased to encourage its purpose as a dramatic kill move / combo ender, rather than a “kill Etalus at the ledge” button.
-Reduced endlag on the final kick, and made it stall you in the air during endlag.
-Reduced hitpause on the flurry of kicks, increased hitstun on the final blow to really sell it.
-Greatly expanded range of the flurry of kicks.

U-Air
-Removed the first and hitboxes, as they were purely vestigial and complicated the move.
-Made the hitbox larger.

Fair:
-Fixed the animation.

N-Special:
-Gave the projectiles hitpause.

Effects:
-Fixed the sound effects on fair.

Dev Comments:
We are currently working on a way for it to be more obvious that you are cancelling into stuff.
It will take a while to implement but these balance changes should help.

BALANCE
Jab:
Jab 3 has proper hitpause now.

DAir (Post Draw):
DAir's fancy effects are now properly colored by the shader.
Sweet Spot BKB reduced (8 > 6).

UStrong:
First Hit and Sweet Spot First of UStrong now have an angle flipper of 2 instead of 4.
All Multihits have an angle flipper of 9 to keep the opponent in the move (when hit).
BKB increased to 8.2 for every single hit of the multihit.
Final Hit Hitbox repositioned around her fist (sourspot).
Final Hit Knockback Scaling reduced (1.6 > 1.2).
Sweetspot Final Hit Knockback Scaling reduced (1.65 > 1.25).

USpecial:
No longer waits 30~ frames before going into pratfall.
