Updated Tkmined Inc Polar 1 Amphibious Vehicle.

Added:

-New automatic fire supression system
-Floods engine compartment to cool and suffocate fire
-Very loud alarm to warn occupants of the danger
-you have to be in water to put out the fire, or the pumps wont work. Im not fixing this issue (especially since the overheating issues happen in the water most often anyway)

-Indicators for high engine temperature
-Indicators for high engine RPS
-New Emergency Beacon
-New Paint Job
-New Trailer

Fixed:

-Transmission gear problems. the high torque button actually made the vehicle have less torque. this is no longer the case.
-Shitty tank drive and tiny front wheel are gone. i replaced them all with better 5X5 wheels.
