Combine eyes glow, fading out on death and returning on revival

People wielding the pulse rifle will no longer be emancipated by secondary fire because they had the audacity to aim behind them self

i was just about to doze off when i realized that a person wielding the rifle in secondary fire mode would cause them to incinerate themselves because i was too damn lazy to offset the spawn of the energy ball
