switched to bitmapfont_override and fixed the mess I made
apparently dumping all fontfiles under one bitmapfont is a horrible idea

Blue corner fixed
Turned out it was caused by civil wars
Haven't played vanilla for last 500 hours of gameplay so I didn't remember what this texture was and just left it there.
