Changes:

-SOS FOV has 3rd Person Camera, passenger viewports, new textures.
-NAC FOV has 3rd Person Camera
-Fixed bug where C button would deploy FOVs, even while moving
-Can no longer shoot SOS Harvester drivers through window. Missing collision for SOS harvester cargo trailer fixed
-SOS Scorpion reload time reduced from 30 seconds to 12 (per 8 round reload). Reload audio changed to single sound played 8 times (better feedback to player). Time between rounds increased. Minimum range increased
-Helicopter and Scorpion hydra missile smoke trails replaced and made more visible. Added light to missile for visual feedback for missiles moving close to ground or through foliage
-Pillbox concrete model resized/replaced for better viewing angle and wider cone of fire
-Shotguns damage tires
-Vehicle "obstruction detected" zone no longer overlaps purchase terminal (NAC and SOS)
-SOS Vehicle Bay terminal no longer turns 180 at low health state
-NAC soldiers now used reskinned MEA soldier model
-SOS Barracks and Vehicle Bay has new simple collision and LODs for performance gains

[Fixes]

-Exiting the commander menu no longer appears to cancel building construction.
-Harvester cameras no longer clip on turret or any part of vehicle, but still clip with other visible meshes (ground, props, etc)
-Moved SOS Medic rifle away from camera, and decreased ADS FOV slightly. Gun no longer clips through camera when shooting.
-Replaced UE4 default lens flare with texture based one. Should no longer shine through trees and large palm vegetation
-Palm trees and large bushes have new LODs and use more efficient collision meshes
-Edge detection and noise reduction (kuwahara) filter disabled?edges were drawing after transparent materials like smoke, allowing people to effectively see through it.
-Blastdoor damage UI pulse animation limited to 10 seconds
