+ Added more crouch jump areas.

It has been quite some time since the last update, and I have not kept track of changes throughout the past year, so this changelog is incomplete. This update also, to my surprise, reduces the file size by about 14 MB.

~ Manually optimized the area count further.
+ Added missing areas in several places (such as the walls in the "city").
- Trimmed displacement areas.
+ Created more connections.
~ Marked and improved attributes in various areas, including cliff areas and avoid for "trap" areas.
+ Added jump areas in several places.
~ Resplit some of the garage areas at the corner of the map.
~ Reshaped some areas for the purpose of making them look cleaner when editing the navmesh.

+ Added many new areas via nav_generate_incremental, hopefully in every possible area of the map that the generator can do. They are also optimized.

This update doesn't fix any issues with the navmesh. It's only being published now due to the awful file size of the original upload. This new version, however, is pretty large too, and I'm somehow unable to compress it any further without merging some areas.

~ Redone navmesh generation with Navmesh Optimizer's navmesh_generate_expanded command. It only took 1 hour on my CPU!
