Changes:
Alts! Peppino now has 16 alts, with more to come!

Moveset changes:
Peppino's neutral special now fires a projectile.

Compatibility changes:
Compatibility with Rat, Amber, Munophone and so many more! (munophone not fully implemented yet)

Other changes:
Changed some animations.
Fixed cropping issues.
Removed Noise sprites.
