the Lada Simple now have 4 seat
added Lada Simple Blue version (4 seat)
added Lada Simple Green version (4 seat)
started change on the rvmats for better looking

added 6 new skin made by Yuki
blue; white; green; toxic; toxic green; toxic blue
updated all xml's (spawn location, types, trader etc...)
pickup lada can now use classic lada wheel
minor changes
