Changed the underlying code a bit and fixed an error that would happen if the tool was set for a player that isn't seated. Made a custom error message instead explaining that the player isn't seated.

Made version 2, which is now available together with v1, that instead of being assigned to a specific player, it simply adds buttons for all the seated players, and when a color is clicked, the clicker steals from the corresponding color.
