ExpansionAmmoLaw Finally Fixed.
Should stack to 4 now as expected.

Attempt to fix ExpansionAmmoLaw to actually stack to 4 instead of 1.
Some simple little tweaks for DayZone Weapon Pack's ammos.
300 AAC / 300 AAC AP Had no display names, not sure if issue with orginal mod or if it was a conflict with another. But i corrected it now i think.
