-Bug fixed: adds biological pops for machine empires with the Driven Assimilators and Rogue Servitors civics
-Bug fixed: adds buildings for biological pops added for special machine empires
-Tech given is based around whether you have either such civic, have lithoids or regular organics, or are a regular machine empire.

Hotfix, adds arcane replicators to all starting habitats, originally added them to only two out of three.

Update v1.1
-Splits up the arcane replicator into smaller parts, one put on each habitat
-This smaller arcane replicator provides less alloys, less energy, and some amenities
-It's possible to build copies of this arcane replicator on other habitatlike structures using 500 alloys, 25 influence, and 4 minor artifacts
