updated to use better infected spawner and made css weapons acrual spawns

L4D1 version now uses L4D1 infected
L4D2 version now includes Parachutist UCI
Both versions kill all SI when "Cleanup" button is used (Mop and Bucket)
Both versions pick one of four populations when spawning CI
