Minor patch for 3.11

Some compatibility changes and balance fix for unity reward for winning the Rising (this has been brought in-line with the reward for beating a Machine Uprising, which the Rising replaces).

Additionally I'm pleased to announce @Bojangles the Bear has joined the team, and is helping me with this mod. We've already had some great conversations about ways to adapt new things and improve how we're adapting the series currently, so watch this space!

Massive new update!

This is long overdue, but alas, Stellaris keeps adding new features faster than I could keep up for a while.

I've completely reworked a lot of the mod to take advantage of new systems that weren't in the game - Decadence for example used to be hard-coded using a lot of workarounds, but now its a Situation. So is the Rising itself.

Some of the art has been updated, the leaders now use the newer leader types, the Stratification Protocol adds a councillor position now. They finally made adding new slavery types work, so there's a new slavery type to represent sticking your Low Colours in a mine and telling them they're terraforming.

Basically everything has been improved and subjected to a big balance pass.

Rewrote old logic using new stuff - when Darrow defects to the Republic he now keeps his skills and level, and brings ships and intel on the Society of Man.

Checked mod for 3.1, and updated version number.

Luna's starting size now matches the other default start planet sizes.
Number of tweaks to descriptive text to improve play when using the origin and civic on custom nations.
Mod's version of the Sol system now clearly labelled as such in the startup.
Mod's version of the humanoid archetype should now blend in better with the default one in gameplay.
Hierarchy of Colors now uses a proper origin image.
