Small fix and quality of life improvements

Added ammo refills!

Added:
Large Cell
Medium Cell
Small Cell

Large Cell;
Refill your Leviathan and Puremage with this cell.

Medium Cell;
Refill your Graphite, Monster and Sybaris with this cell.

Small Cell;
Refill your Conductor and Bouncer with this cell.

Changes;
Changed Monsters dot sight decal
Removed Corruption from the file at the moment. Will probably see a use for it in the future as the plan i had for it was a bit wild.

Quality of life

Added 2 New weapons - Graphite / Monster

Graphite: Fire 3 laser pellets dealing moderate damage at 35 metres fully automatic (Currently using puremage ironsight will have own unique ironsight)
Monster: Fully automatic low recoil laser rifle (Currently using puremage ironsight will have own unique ironsight)

Added explosive damage across all weapons
Added red image impact decal
Added More unique sounds and slight db adjustments to already existing sounds
Added Magazines for all weapons
Added crafting recipe for Leviathan (Needing 4 parts to create it - 1 more part is in the works for a future adjustment)

Reworks:
Reworked Sybaris ROF - recoil - damage - Changed from burst 2 rounds to semi
The sybaris still seems underpowered compared to the rest of the weapons will do more testing to balance

Reworked existing guns spawning with different magazines to spawn with correct magazines
This was only due to the fact the magazines were not added into the game yet

Bugs:
Animation of leviathan majorly clips through player-model
Leviathan shot sound has a small tick at the end of shot
Sybaris sight is not lined correctly on Y axis extremely slightly
