Nspec:
- Crescent moon now reflects on parry

- Halfmoon does extended stun on parry

Fspec- Pianomen come out a frame earlier.

- Pianoman 1 now reflects upon parry, is no longer transcendent, hits at a different angle (30 -> 90). Has reduced KB and increased hitpause.

- Pianoman 2 does less damage, reflects on parry, stuns on parry, has less knockback and hitpause. Added hitpause scaling.

- Pianoman 3 has decreased KB scaling.

- Pianoman 4 has extended parry stun. Added hitpause scaling.

Dattack- Decreased duration of attack, increased ground friction, decreased speed, damage, and hitpause; added hitpause scaling.

Ustrong- Third hit comes out faster, does less damage, and lasts for less time.

Dstrong- Increased startup.

Fair- Increased endlag.

Dair- Increased startup, increased damage, added hitpause scaling

General-
Decreased Max Fall and Fast Fall to be more in line with base cast. Gave all aerials landing lag.

Nspec- Moon effect on halfmoon slightly changed (increases KB). Glitch where removing moon freezes moonchild fixed. (Half Moon intended on being changed later for efficiency)

Fspec- Added more hitpause on Pianomen 1, 2, and 4, and decreased the knockback on 4.

Jab- Increased hitstun on jab1 to allow for true tilt cancels.

Utilt- Reworked move as a fast combo starter

Dattack- Increased consistency and slowed down (f2->f9)

Ustrong- Reduced knockback, increased consistency. Reduced lifetime of the final hit. Larger hitbox on first hit

Dstrong- Changed to angle flipper 3, increased knockback, decreased startup, reduced lifetime.

Fstrong- Reduced lifetime and knockback, raised angle (20->45)

Nair- Now sends at angle 70 and has more consistent knockback.

Fair- Made more consistent into the second hit, raised the angle of the second hit (20->361)

Bair- Reworked move to be a relatively fast low percent combo starter and a kill move at high percents.

Dair- Reduced lifetime and knockback.
