-reduced uspecial base knockback, 10 to 4 (no more bayonetta combos off the top at low percents)
-increased uspecial startup, 0 frames to 5 frames
-uspecial max damage reduced, 16 to 9
-uspecial vertical speed reduced, 6 pixels per frame to 4 pixels per frame
-added a horizontal speed cap to uspecial

-uair base knockback increased, 7 to 9

this move is significantly weaker now, killing after 130%

-nspecial endlag can be cancelled with attack, jump, shield or taunt

-dstrong knockback scaling reduced, 1.3 (why was it this high) to 0.8

-ustrong endlag increased, 16 to 24
-ustrong startup increased, 4 to 8

-fspecial now goes into special fall
-fspecial no longer starts to fall during endlag
-fspecial speed reduced, 11 to 6
-fspecial priority increased, 2 to 10 (edgeguarding tool)
