1 Year Anniversary Update!

This is coming early but all in preparation for the 1 year anniversary of the release of ttt_russcoast.

Many things have been changed, added, and removed.

This warning will also be added to the description of the map but there are FLASHING LIGHTS in the backroom of the shop.

Here is the list of changes made to the map:

- Fixed several issues (Bad geometry, Bad clipping, Bad lighting)
- Added soundscapes (ambience) for indoor areas (Warehouse, bunker, and town hall)
- Imported new, custom made textures, which include: A propane sign, a supplies sign, a notice sign for the traitor tester, and another
- Improved on an existing secret
- The Traitor Checker now opens the door beside it after 2 people scan within 10 seconds (Both have to be innocent, one has to scan and walk off the pedestal and another has to walk on the pedestal and scan, if a traitor scans, progress is reset)
- Changed the total wait time for traitor tester to activate to 3 minutes (with a 3 second buffer at the beginning of the round)
- Added many more destructible environments, which includes: the wall separating the shipping yard and warehouse (See 'propane' below), the balconies in the alley, and one of the apartment walls/floor above the shop
- Changed and fixed several textures to fit better and for lighting issues
- Moved and improved spawn places for weapons and changed the amount and types of weapons/ammo (See changes below)
- Moved spawn points for better balance (There are still 48 in total)
- Raised the water level in the fountain to make it easier to get out
- Added, changed and removed several props (Rocks, barrels, ammo crates, etc)
- Moved props around
- Added and changed several player clips (Stairs, rubble, playground, etc)
- Made the playground more interactive
- Added a fridge in shop
- Added propane tanks in shipping yard
- Optimised the traitor tester timer
- Added a ladder in the bunker for easier access to the traitor tester (Also flipped the majority of ladders to make them look more natural)
- Added a locked sound for the locked door in shop
- Added and changed graffiti on walls
- Disabled motion on many props (benches in town hall, shelves in warehouse, among others)
- Optimised the map in general by reducing the amount of portals using func_details (Map is still poorly optimised)
- Cubemaps have been updated.

Weapon Changes:
- 4 -> 3 Rifles
- Removed the silenced pistol and flare gun, the knife is still in the game
- 6 -> 5 Discombobulators
- 7 -> 26 Random weapons
- Added random ammo (35)
- Moved weapons and ammo around (Mainly in groups of 3 - 4)
