Added 'De Jure Empires' rule with Default/Historical/Disabled options.
Added 'Cadet Branches' rule with Default/Difficult/Disabled options.

Rulers who have a primary title with a special/elective succession law (such as Thing/Scandinavian, Wigemot, Princely, etc.) are now exempt from confederate partition rules even if they have confederate partition as a law for their personal domains.

Unpressed claims are now granted to rulers when vassals go free as a result of confederate partition.

Added "Fabricated Secrets & Hooks" rules, with Enabled/Limited/Disabled options. Limited only allows fabricated secrets and hooks for characters with the "Truth is Relative Perk".

Fixed independent counts when Shattered Realms is set to Duchies.

Special troops are now disbanded when playing with any of the shattered world rules.

The 'Bastard fabrication' event chain is disabled when the Secret Bastards rule is not set to default.
Fixed a base game bug that changes biological fathers during bastard fabrication.

Added Korean translation
Added 'Governments & Holdings' game rule, with Disabled/Random/All Tribal/All Feudal options.
Restricted AI Seduction now allows rakish characters to seduce.
Reduced and Restricted AI Intrigue now allows callous characters to murder.
