Update: 4 Apr, 2021 @ 5:04pm

- Added more minor "administration" titles, which can be given to members of your court of vassals
- Eparch representes the "mayor" of Constantinople, and will increase your domain limit
- Lady of the Circle is the most important woman in the Empire after the Basilissa, whom she serves personally. Like the spymaster, she will increase your chance to discover schemes.
- Quaestor is the public official in charge of drafting laws and administering the legal system of the realm, and will increase your vassal limit.
- Hetaeriarch is the captain of mercenaries and recruited foreigners, and will decrease the cost of mercenaries.
- Proedros is the chief eunuch of the realm, and his wisdom will decrease your short reign penalty and in turn increase long reign bonuses.
- Like the Co-Emperor, characters given administration titles count as if they're members of your Council, but will not function like Councillors.
- A character can't have more than one administration title.
- Imperial Prerogative interactions will now be grouped in their own category.
- Decreased the rate at which AI would join the Usurper Faction. Don't misunderstand this, the faction is still supposed to trigger very often unless you pay really close attention to your vassals.
- Fixed a bug where Northern Lords' coat of arms wouldn't load properly.
- Fixed some missing icons due to Paradox's fetish for constantly changing the names of their own files.
- Major localization changes.

CHANGELOG - Consistorium Update
- Added a new "Usurpers Faction". This faction can fire once every 15-20 years and has the sole objective of deposing the Emperor in favor of the stronger and most prestigious vassal. Should make it more difficult to stay as the Basileus.
- Added the Komnenian Restauration innovation, with flavor text. Discovering it will replace almost all of the byzantines Men-at-Arms with stronger variants.
- Added the following cultural Komnenian Men-At-Arms: Peltast (Skirmishers), Psiloi (Archers), Koursores (Light Cavalry), Hippotoxotai (Horse-Archers), Hoplitoi (Spearmen), Skoutotai (Heavy Infantry).
- Added the Cheirosiphōn (Greek-fire flamethrower siege engine). Yes this was a thing lol. Overall weaker than bombards but become available earlier and also are supposed to deal high damage in regular combat.
- Reworked the Senate, adding a custom GUI to view all senators and a primitive multi-party-system (Loyalists, Republicanists and Populists). The GUI is accessible through the Court window, if you're an Imperial Autocracy.
- Senate's power will be inversely proportional to the Emperor's Crown Authority. If it's Absolute, no events will fire. If it's High, minor events will fire, and so on.
- Added a decision to permanently disable the Senate. At the moment there's no way to recreate it if you go this way.
- Autocratic Imperial Government now gives -300% levy reinforcement rate instead of penalties to levy contribution. This way Byzantium will have a strong army at the start but their levies will take decades to replenish.
- Tagmatic Army may now only be raised once per character.
- Emperor no longer starts with 1k troops.
- Co-Emperor and Provincial Senator are now displayed in Court Window.
- Nerfed stress and prestige-loss Senate events.
- Reduced the frequency of Senate events.
- Major localization changes.
- Added partial Spanish translation.

Update: 16 Sep, 2020 @ 2:51am

- Updated Korean localization.
- Fixed a bug where mod sometimes couldn't be loaded from Paradox Plaza.

CHANGELOG - Senate update (v 0.5)

- Added Senators to the map. For now they're randomly picked amongst barons in the Empire and don't interact much with the game. They gain a Senator trait to distinguish from the rest and can be filtered in the character finder (see screenshot).
- You will, however, get some random minor events based on senators' opinion of you (good opinion = good events, bad opinion = bad events). This can range from prestige bonuses to vassals getting hooks to being deemed a tyrant. More events to come later.
- The senators you have to worry about are all those in the hierarchy below you. So if you're the Doux of Epirus you won't have to worry about what a Senator living in Athens thinks of you. This means the Emperor has to appease ALL senators if he wants good events.
- Added a decision to reinstate the Imperial Autocracy government if you've lost it somehow, of if you've created the Roman Empire as a disgusting barbarian. AI should always adopt it when possible.
- The above decision may also be taken by feudal vassals if they're within the de Jure territory of the Roman/Byzantium Empire and the Emperor is Imperial Autocratic.
- Added a decision for Imperial Autocracy Emperor and Exarchates to summon a large regiment of Tagmata Cataphracts at the cost of prestige and gold, which will stick around until the ruler dies.
- Replaced levy bonuses from the Exarchate and Theme contracts with increased Men_at_Arms cap.
- Pronoia will now transfer most of the vassal's MaA to the liege.
- Instead of the vassal contribution penalty, Imperial Autocracy now gets a -75% Levy Size malus and -25% Men at Arms Maintenance.
- Fixed a bug where Restored Roman Empire couldn't claim territory.
- Fixed some missing localization tooltips.
- AI should now call allies to wars again
- Major localization changes.
