Maybe I actually made this mod correctly this time. Forgive me for being an absolute idiot. This is my first mod so I hope you enjoy it. Nothing has actually changed about the mod but I think maybe I have fixed it so you don't have to install manually. Ellis will remain totally mute execpt his pain noises. They are replaced by Rockstar Games' GTA III's protaganist Claude Speed.
