added the last 2 perks for life magic and the full restoration that heals everything
added haste and super haste spells unlocked by mass celerity and master of time respectively( i'll probably change them later as they're kind of op right now)
gave the first perk of each tree a small bonus so it still does something if you already have the mage trait
